Awful Service


Ordered product. Once I paid that said it would be three weeks prior to shipping unless I paid about $100 more. Then when time to ship came, nothing was sent, sent an email off of there site, no reponse, called and waited about 45 min for an answer, none. Call the sales line and the guy was a prick and would just switch me to the other line that no one picked up. After about 10 times, I got someone and they said that it shipped that same day two weeks later than they said it would. We will see if it shows!

There is no Customer Service. They are deceptive in every aspect of doing a ligitimate busness. Do not respond to inquiries, are rude if contacted on the phone, that is if you can get someone to answer, and list items available when most have 4 to 6 week lead times and then immeditaely deduct the cost from your credit card. Restocking fees are outrageous to preclude cancelations and I to wish I would have read the comments on this site before trying to do busness with them. I actually called the vendor for the items I ordered and they were quite helpful and strongly recommended that I never do busness with them and in the future when needing their product to call direct and they would provide reputable dealers. To anyone contemplating doing busness with these people I would stongly suggest your finding someone else. It is simply not worth the aggravation and in a recessed economy an absolute travesty that they are permitted to carry on the way they are.
